Due to U.S. Department of Education Regulation, this program is not eligible for federal financial aid. There are many private loan options to choose from and interest rates and payback terms are very similar to federal loan programs. Review information about alternative private student loans.
N-SIM 503-Simulation Practicum is the third in the certificate and will be offered during the summer months. This class will begin on May 6, 2018 and last for seven (7) weeks through June 23. Students will participate in an intensive, 3 day experience May 21-23, 2018 on the Boise State campus in the College of Health Sciences Simulation Center located in the Norco Building. Before and after the campus visit, there will be online content and instruction provided.
Costs for travel, lodging, and meals are the responsibility of the student
Arrangements have been made for students to stay four nights in the Boise State Townhouses located across the street from the Norco Building. Additional details will be provided at a later date including costs (approximately $95 for 3 nights) and a link for registration. Students enrolled in the program as of Spring 2018 semester will be contacted by the Program Coordinator or her assistant to find out who is interested in these accommodations. If you prefer to stay in a nearby hotel, check our Visitor’s Bureau for options. Select Boise Downtown for location, or check on the Simulation Conference Vendor’s page for hotels near campus.

Lincoln Garage at Belmont St. and Lincoln Ave. is the closest available parking to the Norco Building where you will have classes. The best options the $10 daily rate. If you stay at the Townhomes, overnight parking is available when you register.
