Jane M. Shimon, Ed.D., AT-Ret.

Professor and Co-Director of the K-12 Physical Education Program, Department of Kinesiology

Jane ShimonJane Shimon joined the Department of Kinesiology faculty in 2001. Previously, she served as a high school teacher in Physical and Health Education, along with being an Athletic Trainer and instructor at various high schools and Division I and III university athletic programs. Upon completing her Ed.D. in Physical Education-Pedagogy at the University of Northern Colorado, her focus has been directed towards the preparation of future physical and health education teachers.
