Addictions Studies Minor

Undergraduate students may complete a minor in addition studies. At the graduate level, students may earn a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies

The Addictions Studies minor provides students with a concentration of courses in the field of addictions and prepares them to become a Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselors (CADC) through the Idaho Board for Alcohol/Drug Counselor Certification (IBADCC).

This minor is appropriate for students majoring in health science studies, criminal justice administration, education, nursing, kinesiology, counseling, psychology, and social work, among others.
